We use FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers for our shipping needs. Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In the event we are unexpectantly out of stock of an item, additional days will be added to the delivery time. You will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs.
Home Delivery within 48 contiguous states. Most orders shipped Priority mail or FedEx will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days from shipping date (depending on the destination) for a flat shipping fee. Orders may be filled in full or in part at our discretion. All orders shipped for $200 and over in the 48 contiguous USA states, qualify for free standard shipping (Special Orders may not apply).

Extra fee for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and outside the US will apply. Also if shipment is being delivered to a P.O. Box and is considered to be an oversized package through USPS additional fees may apply.
International Shipments: DebsUniqueGifts currently bills and ships worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for taxes, VAT fees or other duties charged at the country of delivery. All fees and taxes charged at the country of delivery are not included in your total. Currency conversion is handled by your credit card company, please contact them for current rates. We ship all international orders Airmail through the United States Post Office. Your shipping cost will be determined by the total weight of the order. Your shipping fees will be adjusted prior to shipping as the international shipping charges displayed on your order confirmation is the minimum possible charges.
Damaged/Shorted Items: Any damages or shortages must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery. All original packing and shipping boxes and materials are needed to file a claim for damaged items. We will then be able to replace the item. We are only able to refund shipping costs if an incorrect item is shipped. If an item arrives damaged, DebsUniqueGifts will send out another item via the same shipping method as originally chosen at no cost to the purchaser. After this period only manufacturer warranties, if available, are provided.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We accept returns for items purchased through our on-line Internet store, DebsUniqueGifts.com with no questions asked. Please notify us before you send the item(s) back to us and we will give you instructions and a Ref Number. Without the number we cannot accept your package. Returns must be done within 5 days from the time you received the package. All unseasonal item(s) must be in new or unused condition. Any item returned that is not in salable condition, will not be eligible for a refund. Seasonal items may not be returned. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. If your original order qualified for free shipping, you will be assessed that shipping fee as well. Only the cost of the item and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded. We do not refund duties or customs fees.
Special Orders- If you placed a special order we charge a 40% restocking fee for returns.
Order Acceptance and Processing: Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DebsUniqueGifts reserves the right at any time after receipt of order to accept or decline the order for any reason. Orders may be filled in full or in part. All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud avoidance department. This may delay the processing of your order. We may notify you that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box and/or must ship to the credit card billing address. This is all done to protect you, and us as the merchant. We cannot be held responsible if an order is delayed for any of these or other reasons.
